Andy Liberatos, President and Founder

Andy is the President and Founder of Maxwell Solutions. He brings over 14 years experience in the corporate search business. Prior to founding Maxwell Solutions, he spent 9 + years with Winter, Wyman & Co. one of the leading staffing firms in the Northeast. There he was a Principal within the Human Resources Division, where he specialized in placing mid to senior level HR executives. He worked in both the New England and New York City marketplaces. Prior to Winter, Wyman & Co. he spent 2 years with Newbury Financial, a small boutique Boston based search firm specializing in the placement of Accounting & Finance professionals. Andy graduated from the State University of New York at Potsdam College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications. Andy lives in Pittsford N.Y. with his wife Karin and son's Max and Sam.

Brian Logue, Partner and Business Advisor

Brian Logue joins Maxwell as a Partner and Strategic Advisor to Maxwell's human resources search practice. He is a human resources leader and consultant with over twenty years of diversified global human resources experience. His firm, Highstreet Advisors, provides human resources consulting and retained/contingency search services within the clean energy sector in New England and eastern Canada.

Mr. Logue served as Vice President Global Human Resources with GT Solar International, a leading supplier of manufacturing equipment to the solar power industry. As a member of the executive team, Mr. Logue oversaw the implementation and execution of human resources strategies worldwide that contributed to profitable growth from $50M to $550M revenue and an initial public offering during his tenure. Prior to GT Solar, Mr. Logue served as Vice President Human Resources with Aspect Software, the leading indepependent supplier of center systems worldwide. While at Aspect, Mr. Logue led the integration of 6 acquisitions which fueled growth to $600M revenue and a workforce of 2,000 worldwide.

Mr. Logue began his human resources career with Alcatel and Texas Instruments. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Rhode Island College. He lives in Bedford, NH with his wife Darlene and his son Daniel (13).
