We are an HR executive search firm with a combined 40 years of experience providing our clients with high caliber HR leaders in both the Boston and New York markets.

Engage

We have an introductory engagement meeting to assess your current search, your business and your culture. This is followed by an in-depth conversation about what makes your business, and this search, different. What are the critical nuances that are important for us to understand? Together we will determine which search model is best for you. We will also help you formulate a job description that aligns well with your open search.

Go To Market

Our team will research companies in your geographical area and identify potential candidates for your search. We search for prospects that are working for your competitors and within your vertical. We’ll provide you with a research list of companies that we’re targeting for your search.

Relationship

At Maxwell, we start by developing relationships with new prospects. We present your search to prospects and determine who are the best matches.

Client Interviews

Time to start discussing prospects with you and set up interviews. We will gather feedback on interviews to gauge how well we are aligned on the search.

Execution On The Search

Finally, we move towards completion of the search. We will check references, help manage the negotiation and offer process. Communication is also maintained post search.

Advisory

We will advise and educate our clients on market trends and overall “candidate experience.” If needed, we can help you with your HR organizational structure and help you determine which HR model will best suit your organization.

Retained Search

Our Retained Search model is a way for us to exclusively manage and execute the search for you on retainer. This model is a more in-depth and strategic process where we will provide you weekly updates. This model also provides a longer guarantee.

Exclusive Contingency Search

An exclusive model with an engagement fee where your fee is paid at the completion of the search.
